artsScene Winnipeg presents… The Art of Food!

As you can probably guess by the title, we’re going to be exploring food as an art form. To help us with this, we’ve invited five iconic Winnipeg chefs to create a tapas-style dish for your tasting pleasure.

The chefs will be stationed throughout the brand new and beautiful Elements atrium at the University of Winnipeg. Glass of wine in hand, you’ll be able to spend time in an interactive Q&A with each chef to learn a little about what inspired their dish, as well as their perspective on food as an art form.
